Pizza 101 Cooking Class--Fundamentals of homemade pizzas

Each Tramonto Pizza 101 Class is a social event.  Come and get to know other pizza aficionados, or book as a group for an exceptional birthday, bachelorette party or company team-building experience.  Each course starts with an Aperol Spritz and snacks, continues with Italian wines and includes a take-home recipe booklet.

In this hands-on class, participants will learn everything from choosing the right flour for your dough all the way to baking indicators for picture-perfect pizzas.

This class is great for beginners, those looking to purchase or better use a home pizza oven, and even professionals looking to 

tighten up their skills.
